The Works in Harlow, located in The Harvey Centre, is a highly-regarded store known for both its excellent products and commendable service. Amazing service start to finish.
Had a custom made parachute regiment ring made for my partner who has served 16 years in the military and ongoing.

I have shopped in the harlow store many times. And I don?t think I have ever been in any other the works store or any other shop for that matter where the manager and staff are so dedicated to their shop the display is lovely and the shop is so clean and tidy. The whole shop is so well presented. The staff and manager seem to have a really good working relationship. And the manager seems to be so respected by his staff. I was trying to find a particular book. Which they never had, but nothing was too much trouble for the manager to help in trying to find something that suited my needs. I think the manager and staff of this store deffinately need some recognition by management because they are such an example to the works company. Well done harlow store !!!!

Disgusting customer service in this store today ...after waiting nearly half an hour I got to the till to be told they have frozen I asked if they could take my money and she said we are not doing that again it took to long to process it last time she couldn't wait to close the store although the man who always works there said can't we just take the money
