Went there for some coffee and kerosene.\\n\\nNo pun intended, the Range has a very good looking range of products, especially in the gardening section, for a reasonable price as well as a very nice and knowledgeable staff. The Caffe isn't too bad either.

Very messy, jumbled and hot in the store. The queue was long at checkout. Staff at checkout was coughing and didn't use hand sanitizer after coughing in her hands

This is the WORST store I have ever visited! The stock is in a complete mess at the best of times and the staff are very rude.\\n\\nThe experience I had today was what compelled me to write this review.\\n\\nTo the lady who works upstairs with the sparkly face mask, you made it quite clear that helping me to locate the pool chemicals was far too much effort for you. From the get go you were rude and unprofessional.\\n\\nRather that continuously saying you can?t, Maybe think of a way you can. ?I cant access the warehouse? - ?I can?t look on a pallet? - ?i can?t help you? \\u003d I really can?t be bothered! Lucky B\\u0026Q sell the chemicals, so I?ll get them from there from now on.\\n\\nI?ve visited the store to buy pool chemicals three times over the summer and each time the location of the chemicals in store has completely changed, leaving me no option but to ask a member of staff where they have been moved to. To be greeted with unprofessionalism and rudeness is not helping!!\\n\\nThis store also seems to have a huge problem with mess! Pallets of stock throughout \\u0026 empty shelves.\\n\\nAll in all, I will not be revisiting The Range Harlow again. It?s an utter mess in there!!

The quality of the goods is generally not great but about right for the price. The problem is always the disorganised layout of the products and the service.\\n\\nWaiting in a queue with incompetent advisors and queue jumping going on. Just waited half hour to pick up a package. Customer service area is just poor. Tills are run by work-shy advisors. Just a poor store?.\\n\\nAlmost one star?.

Good selection of goods and reasonable prices - the lift is often broken though so be aware if disabled or using a pushchair that upper level can be inaccessible

Love The Range, another one stop shop for everything for the house. Also another great place to pass a few hours on a wet day just wondering around with the promise of purchasing a small toy for the kids. Cafe part could be improved with a wider selection of food/snacks/cake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very Tidy store which makes real nice experience to browse, and find what u want. We go to care for coffee and teacake every once in while, I enjoy that. Nice area and again nice staff who work hard to keep it nice

Range is good for household items, crafts and more. Can be hard finding things if you are not use to lay out. Definitely worth a visit though. At Christmas they do some lovely bits.

Love it. The largest Range I have been to. There isn't just more of everything, there is a wider choice than the smaller stores. Lots of craft and home wear at great prices; from plates to sofas. Christmas is spectacular in there. They have a large cafe and toilets upstairs, which you can get to by escalator. Good pet and garden range.
