Came off the M11 just before Dartford to buy fuel and stock up on our journey. Fuel was cordoned off. We were told to go to the other Tesco across town - when we got there it was also blocked with cones!!! Nothing on the website to say they were closed for fuel.

Today ( sunday)
Popped into the phone shop, served by the fantasticly helpful Brooke.I thought I had lost all my photos!!
But she navigated me through the steps & then went on to give me valuable tips!..no rushing me, just helping me with pleasure..I stick to TESCO mobile contracts ( for years now)..because if technology gets the better of me, I can rely on the face to face service...in store!

The blueberry and lemon hot cross buns are the best , because it has a mild flavour of blueberry and a hint of lemon . The best on the Market than all the other shops . I love them for my breakfast . 10 out of 10 . Well done Tesco for being the best . God bless your store in keeping these on the market for years to come . Regards Caroline Regina from Harlow Essex .

Staff are caring. However, today at about 17:56hrs on checkout 19. The staff wasn?t caring at all. She ignored me and my daughter as we were explaining to her something. She continuously spoke to people behind us while scanning our items. She was disrespectful and discriminative.
I am not going to mention her name but she needs to change her behavioural.

Customer service lady was very rude and unhelpful to my husband this evening. Quite sad considering it?s the Christmas period. He was trying to use my voucher and had a screenshot of it. She claimed she couldn?t honour it as it was a screenshot and that he needed to log in on the app. I was tending to my toddler so missed my husband?s calls to give him my clubcard login details. The funny thing is, he could?ve absolutely used the screenshot if he?d used a self service checkout till as I?ve done this lots of times before. Goes to prove it could be done, she just chose not to. Shame on this woman. The irony is, he was trying to get some money off our turkey for Christmas dinner in two days! Quite the Christmas spirit, eh!

Store is a little messy and one can?t always find produce ,as easily as one would like , or not at all ! The staff are very helpful though which is great x

Terrible service at the trolley self service section - Laith I think was his name.
Not to me, but he was so rude to another customer who was waiting for assistance....if you don't want to help customers then don't work in customer service environment

New blonde security guard accuses people without plastic bags of stealing. Not wasting my money there again.
Pretty sure she stole a crabstick from my trolley that I paid for. Very rude about it too. Easily avoided.
