Today I went to go and pick up my Repeated prescription which is always late. They never have it done. Even when the doctor says to give it 3 days. I left it for 7 days and it's still not ready. And they turn around and say we have a back loge of four days to get done this is no Excuse.tne customer service is very poor they made me wait for 15 minutes for my medication and to find out iv got to go back as they don't have the right amount of pills this is a joke

Most of the time great service and friendly staff have had the odd time of ordering my medication and they forgot to order it.

Went in Wednesday to collect prescription for asthma inhaler. Told that they didn't have it in and it was on order. Went back Thursday and again told that it hadn't been ordered buy I might be able to collect Saturday. Disgusting service. Took my prescription to another pharmacy. Avoid

Absolutely useless and unhelpful. Just turn it into a fish counter!

4 members of staff hiding and chatting. They make eye contact with the queue, which is 5 deep and do nothing! This is pretty normal behaviour for this place.

Visited recently : staff extremely helpful with meds that general wholesalers are having trouble getting.

Convenient location and convenient pharmacy to use as you could shop whilst waiting to fill your prescription. However just a little feedback from a pharmacist customer - staffs (counter staff and RP) should be made aware that most people don?t know their NHS number and won?t have that information readily available for various reasons (eg someone who only has one prescription over the course of a year or even less frequently than this). NHS number is easily traceable and identified from EPS tracker using names and DOB and patients shouldn?t be turned away for not knowing his or her NHS number. I hope both the pharmacist on duty and counter staff genuinely didn?t know this because then this would be a learning need for the team. Otherwise they were just being very unhelpful.

I had what turned out to be a serious eye infection. The pharmacist didn't even come out and see me. He just told the assistant to give me "Brolene". Worse than useless!!!
