So lazy for the service

We are regular users of the Tesco cafe and believe for the price the food is excellent. The staff work extremely hard. We have noticed recently that the staff seem to be overworked and very stressed. They cannot give the best service as they need more help. I think there should be two people for taking orders and making hot drinks. Managers, please do help your staff so that you do not lose valuable members of the team.

Had what they called posh beans on toast as I saw some waiting to go out to customers in the open hatch as you que up bit strange that as well.
When mine arrived it had this tiny poached egg on not much bigger than 50 p and was the most snotty egg I have ever been served ,I said to the girl can my egg pleased be cooked s little more Oh she said that's what posh egg looks like , I not posh but I know when egg not cooked and other half of white bit missing.
Waited little while my daughter had already eaten her option, so when to the hatch and said please can I have my beans on toast dont worry about the egg oh no it coming you have to wait, here you are it's Bern cooked 3 times as well as tge beans and the toast what a mess did try to eat but sorry not good

Quite simply the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. I?ve used this cafe since I was 5 years old and was a brilliant place to come for quick bite to eat or a big fry up. Now there is a manager who barks at staff and customers and you can always hear her shouting witch is nice when you?re trying to eat. I made an order I just eat witch is normally really good never takes longer than 30 minutes however this time I?ve waited over 2 hours with no update. Obviously the know that?s down to just eat but I decided to drive down to tesco cafe too see what was happening and found they had made my order and had just it dumped in the delivery bad and just left it. No calls to me witch some cafes will do to say they driver has not taken it. Wish I got her name now but the oldest member of staff with glasses sorry for being rude but was absolutely useless. I ask her to at least cancel my order as I can do it on my phone and told me basically I?m her words that it was just eat driver who caused the problem and there was nothing she could do. I?ve lost 2 hours of the day and now have to go fight with just eat for a refund

Monika is genuinely the worst manager I've ever seen. Rude, unprofessional, cynical, and gross. It's actually kind of insane that she even has a job there still. I would avoid this place as long as they work there.

Overall 1 star. Its the Second time I went and first time food was much worse than prison food with burnt toast, they could scrape it off if un bothered to redo them. If you have special dietary needs or just a simple question best to go elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Very unhelpful and embarrassing staff large lady with no knowledge or willingness to help

Been in to the café twice now for food, had the katsu curry and it has always been delicious, Service is good and atmosphere quiet. Just ordered breakfast sausage baps and an iced coffee, pleasantly surprised! Was super tasty, would definitely recommend for a cheap, tasty, quiet bite to eat :)

Customer service was fine, took about 15 minutes to get my scrambled egg and bacon brioche which was a bit longLatte was alright, nothing specialThe food itself looked and tasted like something you?d get in prison, if you are hungry do yourself a favour and get a meal deal.

The guys are so friendly and always really quick and efficient. Trevor, a serene island of calm at the till, is an absolute treasure and should be protected at all costs ?Nicole was a whirlwind of cleanliness, tables didn?t last 30 seconds before being turned around. Just awesome.The girls are a fantastic team, even amongst the Saturday carnage! Thank you!

Scone was very very dry. Not the best ingredients used. Tea was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were attentive but seemed preoccupied.
