“A very good variety of products from different parts of the world. Prices are decent too. Good choice of vegetables as well. The meat section is also interesting as well where they offer a variety of marinated meats or fresh. The staff is helpful and friendly. Free parking outside”

“Really easy shopping great choice just had refit with lots more behind glass doors which can be a bit annoying when you have to wait for someone to move out the way .”

“Liking the new redesign to the store. Layout is quite good, the “easy to go” grab stuff is just the right areas when you enter the shop so my trips is literally a quick run to the shop. Plenty of staff and helpful, there wasn’t a lot of customers around but they opened up another till and that was helpful of them.”

“What lovely staff. I was on a visit to see my elderly parents and popped in for a few things for them. I asked a middle aged lady who was filling the shelves something. She turned to me with a smile and said nothing was too much trouble and showed me to the thing I couldn't find then asked if there was anything else. She was very busy but I felt I wasn't interrupting her at all. I only caught the "de" of her name badge I'm afraid.”

“I feel like I should correct some of the reviews here. This is an M&S here, but it is a BP / M&S petrol station I'm not sure why people have felt the need to rate the place 1 star and state it does not exist. Anyway the place is a very well kept establishment as you'd expect of an M&S and has a well-rounded selection of groceries. The only negative is that the place gets very busy and it is never staffed well enough to cope.”

“I like to do shopping for urgent things here, you know.. like "oh dear we don't have any milk left" and then I end up buying £40 worth of food and cleaning products for some reason.I also like the staff because they're polite and smile although it's clear they're somewhat stressed when the shop is busy (Thanks guys for doing a great job!)”

“Great little local, better than the Nisa down the road which also stocks Coop stuff but costing 25% more for reasons...As for the staff dissing customers, weird. Been there a hundred times, never heard it. Maybe people need thicker skins to match their skulls! :D Ohh me feelings! One thing I'd say, how long did it take them to catch on to Unicones?! Every other Coop in town had them but the buyer here can't smell a trend. A little more bravery needed in that department.”

“Today ( sunday)
Popped into the phone shop, served by the fantasticly helpful Brooke.I thought I had lost all my photos!!
But she navigated me through the steps & then went on to give me valuable tips!..no rushing me, just helping me with pleasure..I stick to TESCO mobile contracts ( for years now)..because if technology gets the better of me, I can rely on the face to face service...in store!
Outstanding Brooke.”

“I don't normally go to Lidl, but a neighbour asked if I would take him there, got to be honest was quite impressed, their bakery section was top notch, it's true they don't do all the big brands, but a non bio washing tablet is a non bio washing tablet, it's also true there were only 2 manual tills open, but be honest Tesco's and Sainsbury's are going the same way, so I came away thinking differently about Lidl, and my neighbour was very pleased with the price”

“The store itself is very well laid out and great items. It’s sad that the cafe is never open anymore, that corner of the store just looks abandoned and it used to be a great place to eat!”

“I wanted to take a moment to praise the wonderful staff at Tesco (Edinburgh Way) in Harlow. Every time I visit, I’m always greeted with warm smiles, helpful service, and a genuinely positive attitude. The staff go out of their way to assist, making the shopping experience so much more pleasant and stress-free. What really stands out is the difference compared to the Bishops Stortford store, where unfortunately the atmosphere often feels very different and makes shopping far less enjoyable. The Harlow (Edinburgh Way) team really set a great example of excellent customer service, and it's always a pleasure to shop there. A big thank you to all the staff — your efforts are very much appreciated!”
