they never have dark shades available
some staff are relatively friendly but they are young and don?t seem to care.
as a teenager myself, i know what it?s like to be uninterested in a job, but it?s important to not make customers uncomfortable.
it?s apparent that the makeup industry is racist but somewhere like superdrug (who have a diverse range of staff) should have all shades available as often as possible, the fact that whenever i go, i cant get what i need is unfair. the staff all seem to get along which is lovely to see, but they?re very loud about their inside jokes and it?s really uncomfortable to be around as a paying customer

The cashier at Superdrug, Del, was very rude and unhelpful. He showed no patience when answering questions, which was very frustrating. I hope the store provides better staff training in customer service.

You can get all things cosmetics, hair care products, toiletries and skincare products from here and their services is very good.

Visited the store today. On my way out, I accidentally knocked over a few things as I was trying to sort out my bag. I apologised several times and the young lad by the fragrances section smiled and kindly told me it was okay. However, the young girl by the tills glared at me and didn?t respond to my several apologies. She looked extremely miserable and was very impolite during checkout. What a shame.

Every single time I go in this Superdrug I leave disappointed not only by the lack of staff knowledge regarding products but also the stock availability for certain type of Afro Caribbean hair products.
I specifically check to see if they have the ORS hair relaxer in stock to which the website says that it does and every time I go in there there is nothing on the shelf and the staff tells me that it is not in stock whether that?s true or not I am unsure as it seems to be understaff.
As someone who was a manager of a Superdrug I find this to be very poor as I am well aware on how the deliveries work along with the stock count.
I find everytime I walk into this specific Superdrug it lacks the diversity needed for those of colour to do their hair.
A hair relaxer is a product that is extremely important and the fact that I am continuously going into this Superdrug to find that there is never any on the shelf or stock in the back is poor.
Fix your stock availability that is shown on the website to stop people from aimlessly coming in

On Sunday, 26th May, my cousin and partner entered your Harlow Branch and picked up my usual bits. I went to the EX1 stand and saw that it was being discontinued. I didn?t find my shade on the shelf and perhaps thought there might be one in the drawer; I opened the drawer and began looking at the different shades.
Someone came over and started shouting get out of the drawer, get out of the drawer, he then used his foot to slam the door shut. Astonished, I looked up and saw an Asian man standing over me with an aggressive glare. I said oh, I'm sorry. Could you look for shade 8.0 for me? He continued shouting you can?t go in the drawer. My partner and I were shocked at his behaviour. I then asked him again if he could look for me. He then said aggressively, NO, I will not and began fiddling with his headset, presumably to get someone else to do it.
The sales assistant who came along was genuinely unique and exactly what customer service should be. By this point, I was upset at how he spoke to me and used his foot to close the door.
Little did I realise as I was leaving the shop, I doubled back to find out the individual name; to my shock, his name was Hassan (it was on his badge). What is worse is that he is a store manager, which is appalling. I will not be returning to this store as I will not be treated as a second-class citizen for an honest mistake; my partner was unhappy with his attitude, so I?ve a formal complaint against your staff member. I want to illuminate the young girl who assisted me in her attempts to find my shade and a proper level of customer service.
Lastly, I have been shopping at Superdrugs for years. I have always had great treatment from your stores in Enfield Town and Central London. I need clarification on how much customer service displayed does not extend to Harlow Town.

I visited this store for help with gel nails I had done in another Superdrug store which chipped within 24hours even though I was told it would last 2 weeks. The lady in the store was very unhelpful and unwilling to help. I was advised to go back to the original store which is miles away.
