The staff wasn?t wearing beard nets and all 3 had long beards, which put me off streight away but he had already started throwing everything in and put into the oven so felt I couldn?t say I didn?t want it at this point, they were talking amongst each other whilst serving and asking what salad etc and when I was telling them which salad he kept throwing bundles of the wrong things into the baguette, then getting the hump when I was saying no I said this one please, wasn?t listening at all, then when I was paying he put everything through before asking me if it was a meal deal or not so then I had to pay full price for baguette without the meal deal as aparantly it cannot be changed once put through the till, again wasn?t listening to me, very very rude no customer service skills whatsoever, and where are the beard nets?? This is compulsory in McDonalds and other restaurants for obvious reasons. Won?t be using this subway again.

Just been told if I want to order, use the self serve screens and refused to take my order. Even know the store was empty..... wont be using them again

Ershad is doing a fantastic job. Both customer service and sandwich making are absolutely on point. The young lad that was working today who is new was also brilliant, big smile on his face and interacting well with the customer.
The sub also came out perfectly and was very well assembled (no mess leftover from bits falling out).
Great job to everyone in-store when I came in (17:38pm)
