We went as a family, 3 eyes tests in a rows! We were very welcome, when I finished one of the assistants was able to tell me where both my partner and daughter were!I was the only one needing new lenses. I explained I couldn?t afford them this side of Christmas! The lady was understanding and explained there was no rush and it was fine! I didn?t feel embarrassed or under pressure! Excellent customer service throughout! Thank you Specsavers

Hubby went for his yearly test and Lauren store manager couldn't of been more helpful ? and my glasses had broken ie arm snapped off I mentioned this to her she took my glasses and soon after reappeared with my glasses she took my lenses and placed them into identical frames.

The Specsavers in Harlow was great. I was acknowledged and welcomed as soon as I walked in. I went without an appointment but with a prescription to have a browse. After I was greeted I was left to browse, staff were around if I needed, but I was not harassed. They were very busy as it was a Saturday, but I did not feel they were too busy for me. I picked my frames and was fitted in to go through to pick lenses that were best for me. When I went to collect my gIasses I was again welcomed and had my fitting with a gentleman who made sure I was happy with my glasses. I would and have already recommend Specsavers for service, quality and price.

Found the staff in this branch excellent - great customer service all round from the three female staff I saw today, particularly given the results of my tests were not what I?d been expecting - thank you for explaining everything clearly and empathising.

I turned up today (06Nov23) 15mins late for my appt and they said they couldn't fit me in as I was late, I have been going to this branch for 7 years and have always turn up on time. However I have NEVER been seen at the time of my appointment. So its ok for they to keep me waiting and yet there was a load of people sitting waiting (in fact there were no empty seats for waiting clients). I just asked for my prescription and have made an appointment with VISION EXPRESS, clearly they do not value their customers.

Really lovely people. One of the male opticians was awful (incredibly rude and not good with kids); but he was the exception. Everyone else was really lovely.

I just wanted to express my views at Specsavers I'm Harlow.My visit there on Saturday for an eye sight & contact lenses test was outstanding!The staff were ALL, friendly, kind, Professional and extremely helpful. From the moment I stepped foot in there from the moment I walked out, I was taken care of. Everything was explained to me, my options and my choices and everything discussed with me ensuring I was taken care of and happy.The service was exceptional. Rude beyond belief!Left really uncomfortable,never want to go back.Go to another branch!I came all the way to look at hearing aids,only to be told repeatedly to contact my GP as I was "too young"As soon as I told the audiologist I was wanting to look and not 100% ready to buy their mood just changed.From then on they tried to find every issue wrong so they couldn't do anything!Their English was also not very good with an extremely thick accent,kept mumbling.Also they were conning older people out of money for glasses while there.Pressuring them to buy unnecessary accessories,it felt more like a marketing scheme then an audiologists and opticians!It's really put me off getting aids in general.

The whole experience was unsatisfactory from the eye test to the selection of glasses. The team member whom assisted me was unhelpful unable to smile and as soon as my card was accepted for payment she vanished leaving me sitting there with a question left unanswered. Will never put a foot through the door of spec savers again. Disgusted and confused at such poor customer service.
