Clean place. Open almost 24/7 (they are closed when they have deliveries of fuel).

The employee charged me for the wrong pump and did not deal with the situation very well. He humiliated me in front of other customers and tried to blame me for his mistake, very poor customer service.

Had a brand new bank card delivered that morning used it st this shell garage, only place I used it and that night had over £1000 cloned out my bank account, got told had to insert card and chip and pin it as contactless was not working..... beware

5 am Sunday, forecourt open, lights on. I cannot get pump to work. I knock on the window as the doors are locked. Nobody there?. Presumably staff asleep in the back. This has happened on three occasions, but garage is convenient so every so often I give them a go. Went to BP across the road. Note to self don?t bother with this place. When staff do put in an appearance they are monosyllabic and rude.

I've been there several times and the staff was very rude with a horrible attitude. I tried to buy a meal deal and he always said that is not on a deal (this happened two times). When I refused buying because it was not on meal deal, he start being very rude. Avoid this Shell gas station, BP is cross the road
