I use Screwfix in Harlow almost daily as we're doing our house up. .
Staff is always friendly and helpful eventhough I've decided not to register my details.
The service is excellent and quick in store, stock levels are great and reruns are easy
I'm really grateful for the staff for all of their help as I'm clueless

Whenever you go to the Harlow Branch they always seem to have the item available (me experience) and the staff are pleasant even when I haven?t a clue what I?m talking about.

Tucked behind the car dealership. The car park is amply sized.
The store is laid out in typical screwfix fashion and is a decent size.
Ive always found staff to be very helpful. Stock availability and returns have always been excellent.
Unlike the usual suspect diy sheds. Screwfix own brand products (excluding titan) are usually better quality and cheaper than competitors.

Jaden is extremely rude and unhelpful avoid asking this staff member for help. He initially as I walked in refused to help me find an item simply told me the automated tablet must be used without assistance. And after having made payment was extremely rude and sarcastic.

Popped in to buy a dewalt stack for my husbands birthday.The ladies at the till were amazing and really helpful. They've gone above and beyond to help me and made my day .While I was waiting for my item, I've experienced other customers rudness towards staff members.I'm really disappointed that the staff being treated this way. Your staff needs to be protectedAll I see in here is customer service agents are apologising without knowing what actually happened in store

I made an order for click and collect, the staff refused to deal with it unless I entered my order on a touchscreen in the store, totally lazy staff that don?t want to do their job !

I use screwfix daily and all over the country, this is by far the slowest and poorest in terms of service. Most branches have a smile on their face, not this one, and don't think you'll get quick service, you won't.

I have a faulty plug hole purchased with taps etc from Screwfix. They refused a replacement plug hole part even though it is clearly faulty, and not fit for purpose. Legally, if something is not fit for purpose it should be replaced or repaired. They offered neither. Nor were they sorry about it. I get that I didn't have a receipt. I don't keep receipts for small items. But do you change your plug holes every year? Er, no. Not fit for purpose. I suggest you don't buy plug holes that go up and down. If they get jammed you can't use your sink. I really expected more ftom screwfix, as it's such a minor item to replace....AND faulty, AND not fit for purpose, so legally they should have.Hey, I can always shop elsewhere. And so can we all.Lesson learnt by me.
