I use screwfix daily and all over the country, this is by far the slowest and poorest in terms of service. Most branches have a smile on their face, not this one, and don't think you'll get quick service, you won't.

I have a faulty plug hole purchased with taps etc from Screwfix. They refused a replacement plug hole part even though it is clearly faulty, and not fit for purpose. Legally, if something is not fit for purpose it should be replaced or repaired. They offered neither. Nor were they sorry about it. I get that I didn't have a receipt. I don't keep receipts for small items. But do you change your plug holes every year? Er, no. Not fit for purpose. I suggest you don't buy plug holes that go up and down. If they get jammed you can't use your sink. I really expected more ftom screwfix, as it's such a minor item to replace....AND faulty, AND not fit for purpose, so legally they should have.Hey, I can always shop elsewhere. And so can we all.Lesson learnt by me.

I recently bought a shower from Screwfix in Harlow. There was a part missing from the box it came in which I didn?t realise until my plumber had turned up to my home for the install. I went into the branch to get the missing part and the two people who served me went above and beyond to help solve my problem. Date of visit 23.04.23.

Went into screwfix earlier today and was served by Kelly. She was so lovely and kind. I had no idea what I was getting as was for my boyfriend but she definitely made it a lot easier ! Great customer service!??

always in screwfix and always quick service with the new tablets also always polite staff especially the young lady called kelly shes always joyfull and makes my day. also cracks me up with her amazing plumbing jokes ??

After ordering my item, then to be told it has to be delivered by the 3rd party company I then had problems with previous item which got sent back. But I had to wait days on end for corrier to collect he was late, then had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get replacement. After receiving my replacement I eventually used it but it was poorly built and begun to not function properly. When I contacted screwfix took me ages to get through then they hung up on me eventually got through and said I want a refund and item to be sent back. They said I would need to contact the 3rd person which I couldn't so they e mailed them took days to hear back from screwfix. Asked for a refund rather then a repair but the 3rd person company said they can only offer a repair re ship. I think screwfix shouldn't use other company's for item its miss selling and not acceptable. If you don't have it in shop DON'T SELL IT
