If the Thai masseuse still works there, do not go there. She caused severe damage to my husband, and she had no insurance. The shop owner didn't care either. The response below is not true, avoid the masseuse at all costs! The reason the claim wasn't continued was because she had no assets. FACT! My husband still suffers...

Roxene’s Salon opened its doors to Harlow community on the 7th December 2019, to fill the gap for a much needed salon that caters for Afro-Caribbean and European hair type; and to bring a new dimension to the hairdressing scene within the wider diverse community.
There is a need for our type of salon and services in the town centre area, and the timing is just right.
