I wasn't a fan of estate agents, due to bad past experiences but I cannot praise Reyland Johnson enough. Everything they said they would do they did. I was kept informed at all times and any issues were quickly dealt with.I would highly recommend them to friends and family and should the need ever arise I would definitely use them again.

Honesty and Clarity throughout! My experience with R&J has been fantastic, I bought a house through them in 2017 and used them to sell my property in 2023. Sadly my onward purchase through them this time didn't go to plan but Karen (is exceptional) was always there to chase up information and keep on top of things when things went awry! Without her timely responses I could have lost my buyer, but with her great work we keep on top of a challenging situation. If only my eventual onward purchase had been through them. Viewing houses was so much more professional with R&J compared to the other agents (and I viewed 13 properties in total in Harlow). Ben listened to what I needed as a buyer and worked to brief, him, James and Sonny always knew plenty of key info on the property being viewed to, which I can say I saw lots where the agent didn't even know what heating system was used! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn't have a doubt about using them again in the future.

We have just sold our flat and purchased a house through Reyland Johnson. All the team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. We sold our flat quickly but the sale was legally quite complicated and their sales progressor Karen made that process less stressful for us. The whole Reyland Johnson team were a pleasure to deal with at all times. We were selling and buying at quite a difficult, uncertain period, and it was our first move in 16 years, but Reyland Johnson made the process straightforward and always took the time to answer our questions.Sonny came to our first sales meeting fully briefed about the property and neighbourhood, and that gave us complete confidence that this was the right person and team to sell our house. The house was sold quickly, and after that Karen worked tirelessly as our sales progressor to get the deal over the finish line, and for that we are hugely grateful.

Once again for me RJ have secured a successful sale and in this case a protracted and complicated one. Their judgement proved correct at a couple of key moments and Karen did well to keep me abreast of the admin.
