Awful customer service. The owner was complaining to his colleague about too many people coming in at the same time. Not very welcoming is it? The floor was covered with leaves and the whole shop looked messy. I will not shop there again.

I have shopped here for many years but the girl working here today was so rude, totally ignored me when I was standing there whilst she busied herself with other duties and did not inform her colleague a person was waiting, I almost walked out!

This is my local chemist, staff are so friendly and helpful, always got a smile ! Nothing is ever too much for them! The pharmacist is always really helpful and available to give advice when needed! Also, a lot of stuff, cleaning, personal items are a lot cheaper than larger stores!!

I've used Ramco about half a dozen times now and have found the staff here to be friendly and pleasant. Even more so now given the current circumstances with Covid, I think they are doing a stellar job as they are front line and putting themselves at risk to look after our needs. We have been using this pharmacy for many years Mr. Patel and his staff are always friendly and take time to listen and go out of their way to help. Only once where my wife's pills late and they let us know so as to save a wasted trip and once the pills arrived they let us know straight away.Top marks and many thank for years of great service.

This chemist has rude staff everytime i go in i dont feel that they are welcoming i always feel uncomfortable when i go in there. When i put in a prescription of medicated food they take so long ordering it in they dont call me to tell me when its un and when they deliver it to my home they dump it outside my door and drive away without knocking. My last prescription of medicated food came it bits and took them over a month to get in i didnt order that much. They always say rude things about other customers and today just because i didnt have change or £5 in my bank to use my card i had to leave without my items and when i turned to walk out i heard mr patel say to a colleague "these have to go back" and the colleague said "what just because she dont want to spend £5 on her card" shes lucky i didnt say something to her she dont know my situation how dare she say that how bloody rude and the other day i was collecting my daughters meds when there was a lady at the father till the colleague at my till called her name she answered and the colleague said " you will have to come to this till to collect it" the poor woman could bearly walk she had to hobble along with a walking stick i think she may have tuted i know i would have then i heard the colleague moan under her breath about her why didnt the colleague just go to her to give her the meds its not hard. The staff in that chemist are rude and inconsiderate.I WILL NOT USE THEM FOR MY MEDICATED FOOD AGAIN AND I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE.
