I went into primark Harlow today and the lady at the counter refuse to let me in changing rooms. This cause me so much confusion because I couldn?t try my clothes on. Ended up buying the wrong size. Considering Even though the lady was confident I was a size large when I asked why. Anyway she was completely Wrong. That what helps when you don?t try clothes on before you buy them. When I came back to return stuff after a wasted journey. I confronted the staff member she refused she didn?t say anything to me. And she blamed her manager for telling me I was a size large even though I am XL . Why not just let me in chatty rooms like any normal does going in their. Absolutely pathetic behaviour. I wasted 2 hours driving down spellbrook lane west like an idiot trying to get their. going back because I couldn?t try them on changing rooms when I first went in there because of that lady I bough the wrong the size. Then she goes and says oh but I am not here to measure your body. And they was about 10 tills closed only two tills open, and long queues to queue up right at closing time. So another half an hour wasted.

Very good selection of clothes mainly womens but pretty good selection for men upstairs, quite a busy store but I?ve never seen a quiet primark so it?s about normal, good prices and always a nice treat finding something in here, something that is a bit annoying is that it?s all one strip so unless your walking on the sides browsing products , your practically walking down a human motorway, people everywhere and a bit frustrating but apart from that it?s a solid primark.

I bought several items as presents, but unfortunately two items were too big. In the confusion of Christmas, I lost the receipt. I went back to the store on the Saturday after and was helped by a young woman called Susie. She scrolled through her tablet and found the store copy of my purchase and did a refund. She was so helpful and polite, a credit to the store and I just wanted to say thank you for her assistance.

There's always something that you need. The new till system with the tills is not good for someone in a wheelchair and carer. People don't think and walk past you to use the disabled till or the staff tell people to go the and tell you to go to another one. It was lucky I had a carer with me as I couldn't get up to the till.

Visited Harlow branch with my granddaughter and it was a pleasant shopping trip, found what we wanted plus a couple of extra bits as you do ...there was hardly any queue which was good ... The member of staff was very polite and gave eye contact and folded the items neatly that saved me a job before leaving the store ....the only downside was that there was no air-con which was really unbearable and uncomfortable I really felt for the staff having to work in those conditions...come on Primark think of your customers but mainly think of your staff.

Primark is what everyone knows it to be, a place to get affordable clothing and accessories. Harlow Primark is good but I can sometimes struggle to find the bigger sizes there. I don?t know if that is because they are not stocked or just sell out quickly.

Huge store with lots of clothes which is great however it does get very very busy here.
Not something you'd want to do with kids or for long but they have loads of choice.
