It was a very hot day, we decided to have a drink in the pub garden, there was not enough staff, meaning the guy serving at the bar had to go off and help serve food in the dining area, however when he did return he was very pleasant and polite, apologised for delay, and just got on with it, good man

Love this place, food is always fresh, and they have a great menu with a section of meals for only £5.

Paid for the meal deal and arrived at 6 PM. Stood waiting at reception for 15 minutes before being seated. Ordered drink and food, drinks came quickly, but after 30 minutes, no food. When I asked, I was told the kitchen machine was broken. No one informed me earlier. I was starving and frustrated, so I cancelled and left. Ended up grabbing a Tesco meal deal over the road instead.

Stopped bye here with a friend last week for a pint and burger in the sun after work - would recommend. Great bar service, particularly a young chap called Tay during a very busy period. Will come back soon

We had a lovely family meal at Potters arms the staff were very good but we're very busy the barman saw we had been waiting and came and found us a table he was friendly made us feel welcome and asked us if we were OK even whilst he was busy he took the time to speak to us we found out his name was Tay and we will be back even just for a drink and a chat with him thankyou Tay at Potters arms

Had a meal here a few weeks ago you need more vegan choices. Staff were very helpful The barman Tay stood out to us nothing was too much trouble he was friendly showed us to a table as other staff appeared busy it wasnt his job but he put himself out to help us. We will come again.
