They ordered the wrong part for my boiler and when I tried to return it they refused. They obviously have no idea about the products they are selling as another 2 people went in and were also complaining. Stay clear it?s not worth the hassle.

Although I live right next to the Stortford Branch, I make the journey to this one because the service is so good, Lee answered the phone at 4.58pm on Thursday and managed to get hold of the Part I needed for the following day which saved me an awful lot of hassle, the rest of the team has also been extremely helpful every time I needed them, so this branch has become my go to.
