The small amount of staff they have working are clearly doing their best and do not stop, but management needs to sort it out. Every time we come (which isn't often for obvious reasons) we are hopeful it may be different but it just seems to get worse.
There are nowhere near enough staff, we had to ask 3 times for glasses for our drinks, food came quick enough and was nice but everything else was just a mess. We then had to ask repeatedly for our desserts, which we ended up asking for in takeaway boxes as we needed to get our kids home to bed.
The pepsi ran out and despite being may times wasn't filled for a long while so we was unable to get through drinks we wanted.
It's just chaotic and unfortunate we won't be giving pizza hut in Harlow another chance as nothing ever seems to improve.

Booked a table and still waited ten minutes to be acknowledged and seated.
Ordered via app.
Mains came quite quickly and then we were forgotten about.
Waited an hour for dessert. Had to ask someone to get our desserts and still took 25 minutes.
Disgusting service.

Was welcomed by a young member of service staff, shown to a free table. He was very polite and friendly.. Food was good.. same as salad bar and ice cream factory.. would defo take the kiddo again..
Parking: Loads of parking surrounding the restaurant..
Kid-friendliness: Obviously well geared up for kids being pizza hut.. staff were good and attentive with the kids needs too..

Ordered online half cheese and half no cheese.
Unable to fulfil that order and sent me a pizza with no cheese on the whole pizza
When I called, Igot told it was my fault for ordering it like that as they are unable to do that.
They offered to collect half the pizza with no cheese for an exchange for half a pizza with cheese which I thought was ridiculous .

Apart from having to order via an app even when seated in the restaurant, we have a lovely meal. Staff friendly and helpful (especially when I couldn?t get my order through on the app).
Food expected standard, atmosphere was as expected.
Kid-friendliness: Ice cream factory is awesome for kids and big kids ?

Writing this sat in the restaurant! Been sitting here for over 1 hour 30 mins and no one has bothered with an update about our food. Service is the worst I have ever seen. No one care or bothers to follow up. Worst experience ever
Edited: tried to get hold of the manager and speak about it, staff are clueless and manager would not come out to even apologise. Has asked the staff to say that they won?t charge for the order but what about the poor experience. If I had not followed up I might be still sitting in the restaurant at closing without food !

Food was only okay thing , service was barely even a relevant thing to rate as they hardly interacted with us unless when our food took over an hour or so and then brung us wrong items and so on. Ice cream stand was vile and not clean at all and ice cream was a weird colour and texture. Many staff too but only 2 of them actually doing anything other than standing behind the non working tills

Pizza arrived luke warm along with the onion rings but no plates... they did bake a new pizza which was warmer.. salad bar choice was weak and then they totally forgot puddings.. seemed surprised when we asked about them! Customer service was non existent! Didn't realise Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much... shame for the money it cost!
