The small amount of staff they have working are clearly doing their best and do not stop, but management needs to sort it out. Every time we come (which isn't often for obvious reasons) we are hopeful it may be different but it just seems to get worse. Booked a table and still waited ten minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Ordered via app. Mains came quite quickly and then we were forgotten about. Waited an hour for dessert. Had to ask someone to get our desserts and still took 25 minutes. Disgusting service.

Was welcomed by a young member of service staff, shown to a free table. He was very polite and friendly.. Food was good.. same as salad bar and ice cream factory.. would defo take the kiddo again..
