Placed an order for the money to be taken, when I phoned the store they had no order, offered no support said it wasn?t their problem and put the phone down on me three times! Ordered and paid yet again! For the order to be wrong when it arrived! cold and tasteless went in the bin will not be ordering from there again and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Would have called and complain but all they do is put the phone down on you. Awful customer service awful food!

I really don't like giving reviews to a company, but this branch in Harlow is just terrible. For the second time in a row, they forgot to bring me the drink I paid for and it still wasn't delivered, it's a complete joke to treat a customer this way. Besides, the pizza was cold. I hope the owner of this branch realizes that this is not the way to run a business.

Ordered at 7. Food came at gone 9. Ordered without onions and it came with onions. Call the store 18 times to be given the run around by a bunch jokers that clearly have no right serving customers. Putting the phone down on a customer, calling me mate, laughing in the back ground. I will not be going back here. Complete
