My daughter received a ring for her birthday ,two days later the stone fell out ,armed with receipt we went back to the shop with the intention of exchanging it for the same ring.The young assistant looked at it and said it should be ok but it looks very tarnished ,have you worn it in the shower, worn it constantly. I have to say I had to walk away I was so angry,Yes my daughter had worn it constantly,for a whole two days, before the stone fell out , The assistant then said she would have to ok it with someone else, The stone fell out after two days,it was quite clearly faulty , The receipt was clearly not 30 days old , yet my daughter was clearly made to feel like she was being in some way blamed for this. It was exchanged eventually , My point is ,If my daughter didn?t want it she could have just returned it with no fuss, but because it was faulty , it seemed to be an issue , I myself work in retail .I know how it works ,So Harlow branch ,perhaps you need to train your staff a little better in customer service .

I went in with my husband and they was so helpful, I am in a wheelchair and they came and opened both doors for us.we was enquiring about the reflections bracelets I was able to try one on, they are beautiful. Now my husband knows what I would like for our anniversary. ð???ð???
