Generally have had a good experience in this store however today I had to return two items. Young girl behind the counter was so rude. No hello , looked at me like she was doing me a favour, questioned my receipt and the card the money was being returned to.. infact it was the same card however as I had used contactless it was a 4 digit security number showing on the receipt. She checked with her manager who authorised the return .. that lady was lovely. Customer service and manners go along way and this young girl showed none. Wasn?t wearing a name badge , poor attitude .. because of her I won?t be returning again
