New ground is an incredible place. The food is excellent as well as the family friendly feel. The change of menu at evenings is a great idea being extremely great value for money also. The balance between a cafe and a social environment to have alcoholic beverages is spot on.

My favourite weekday workspace in Newhall. Calm atmosphere, reliable Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The coffee is superb.

Enjoyed a breakfast here when visiting family. Coffee was lovely and the breakfast protein pancakes were fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Amazing food and very welcoming service. I decided to write this review as my waitor - Silvo was amazing! He catered so well to my allergy and made a perfect suggestion. Will be back soon.

Very nice full english breakfast, except for the price of £14.70 each. only had one sausage, I would expect two at that price, also a pot of tea and black pudding were not included in the price. I would go back for the breakfast but not at that price. 2 x breafasts £38. At least £12 to £15 dearer than most other cafes in Harlow.

live right by it so ive obviously been a good amount of times :P its kinda expensive but thats okay! they have dog water bowls outside for dogs!! my cat comes in fairly often and they're totally okay with it! shes calm and doesn't cause havoc so i suppose thats why lol but the staff is really awesome sauce and i love the decoration in there :D overall its a really nice cafe and i wish I could go again after ive moved and i definitely miss the food here :3

We came in at around 09:55 and were shown to our table. There were 3 other tables occupied which meant 8 customers including us. We were left to wait a long while to order and decided to order food with the coffee. We then waited and got our food at around 10:12 but not the coffee yet. I feel that you will loose customers with this type of slow service as I would have had more than one cup of coffee if I got it quicker. It is just too relaxed and no care for service. I was told it was a large order and that is why it took long. We odered a BLT, a smashed avocado with bacon and 2 latte?s and there were only 6 other people. Not very big if you ask me. It is a shame as we like coming here but will think twice next time. Our spend per person could have been more if the server was quicker.

Whilst visiting this side of town, I took my Mum out for a last minute lunch date. Many people have reccomended New Ground Cafe to us, and now we see why! The staff are friendly, the vibe is great, The food was AMAZING! Huge compliments to Chef Perry. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Thanks everyone ??

We?re so lucky to have this gem of a cafe in our community. Really good coffee, the food is beautifully prepared and always delicious (I?m in there a LOT - recommend anything with mushrooms, but it?s all great), and David and Tracie and their team are so friendly and welcoming. It gets busy, but surely that?s a good sign?!!
