Hoping that NatWest continues to have a physical presence here in the Town Centre. As the ease of us for the older generations who can't get on with tech. Is never adequately addressed when closing banks and branches. However it would make perfect sense to relocate NatWest to the Water Gardens Area. Where all the other Banks have relocated... moreover there is fabulous parking at the Water Gardens too.

Dont update opening hours, whats the point of putting your new hours on a piece of paper on the door? Useless branch.Update: 1 person serving when actually open. Awful.Update: Treat and speak to customers SO rudely. Unpleasant environment.

Dreadful place at the moment, they let you queue for 35 minutes then close the door in your face plus you have to queue in the rain & that was after I got an email from them saying they were here to help whilst the trouble with covid was going on, so I personally can't pay any money in unless I take time off workGREAT HELP so do as I done join another bank

Friday 2 pm, 7th June, Harlow town centre branch! No tellers open. My father wanted to draw more money than he could get out of the machine as he is very frail and hardly ever goes to town. We stood around with nowhere to go, nobody offered anybody any help, other customers did not seem to know where they should be! Finally after about ten minutes dallying around dad spoke to the girl on the enquiry desk. He was told by this very straight faced and very matter of fact girl that â??no, he could not draw money out todayâ?. Iâ??m afraid I was so astounded I just left with my dad in the wheelchair and my 88 year old mother who has difficulty walking following into the torrential rain.

Today's review is based on my experience today. Only one window open with the entire length of the bank full of people queueing. Staff walking around/past the queue while we all just stand motionless. HAVE ALL STAFF MAN ALL THE WINDOWS.

Bank doesnt do justice to the under staffed friendly and helpful counter staff. Despite advertising opening hours the counters close at least half hour before limiting what can actually be done.
