Came here for my birthday meal, now I wasn?t expecting a 5 star Michelin dining experience but we chose Nando?s for the convenience. Firstly when we got there the boy who seated us very clearly hated his job and had an attitude on him which is the first bad thing, I work in hospitality so I get it? but just put a smile on your face and don?t throw your weight around like seating us was a chore. He then proceeded to sit us on one of the long middle tables which wouldn?t have been a problem HOWEVER one side of the table still had dirty plates on which isn?t nice to try and sit and eat food next to. I?m not best pleased with this experience because I?ve never had a problem with this Nando?s before. Safe to say we left and went and found something else to eat. Not a great end to my birthday.

I prefer table service, no one new what direction to queue in,the server got one of our drinks wrong(there was only two of us!),I thought the chicken was very nice that I had in a burger,very moist,and perfectly cooked,I had a side of coleslaw, what was extremely disappointing, very small portion,and a very very cheap and watery
coleslaw,this is an area that 100 percent needs improvement, just one small detail, cheap tasteless Coleslaw has made me decide I would never go back.

This review is only 5 star due to the fantastic service we experienced from Gary today !...To start with we were completely ignored!..not a great start, finally got a table and we're just left for around 15 minutes..We weren't asked or shown or guided to order, we were just about to leave and go elsewhere when Gary, (think he's a Supervisor) clearly spotted what was happening and came over, his Customer Services skills are superb, He made us feel so welcome and special, we ended up having a really tasty lunch . I only hope the Management realise what an asset he is to their business...Thankyou Gary you turned a bad experience into a really enjoyable meal.

It became quite busy when we went there for lunch, yet we were seated instantly. This was our first visit to this branch in Harlow - sadly the food was not the best, the chicken was a little too char-grilled, the peri fries were way over-seasoned.
The restaurant could also do with a deep clean as it just felt a little sticky at the tables/dividers etc.
Staff service was okay but nothing to make it memorable?

We arrived twenty minutes before they closed, the staff was super friendly and the chicken breasts were very delicious! We liked it a lot and we had a great time!! thank you so much. We had an excellent welcome with you ????????????
