Very disappointed in my wife's trip here today, Daughter got Gel Acrylics £35 on website and wife got a pedicure £25 on website, yet she was charged £83 in total, please can you explain why your website shows different prices to in the shop??
Also wife was told Daughters nails would be £45!!

I had a pedicure and it was simply awful. I was made to sit around with no mention of how long it would take. The woman then made me put my feet in boiling water, was annoyed that I told her it was hot. Cooled the water and then yelled at me to not spill any. Then vanished for like 20 minutes to eat. Very aggressive in every step and she was actually really scary

There?s no point booking an appointment as you will still have to wait as they have no organised system of tracking where people are in a queue. When you arrive, it?s a battle trying to be acknowledged by any member of staff.
My nails are uneven with patchy colour work.
When you sit down it?s clear staff are talking about you in Vietnamese, assuming we can?t understand.
You will be told to pay in cash only, despite them having a card machine. I had to go to the bank, and told to leave my phone behind. I understand people can leave without paying, however I have been there before, always paid, normally tip and I was offended I was made to leave my phone as nobody else has ever been asked to do this at any point I?ve attended. Apply the same rule to everyone to avoid singling anybody out due to unconscious bias?
I have given this place the benefit of the doubt a few times but after my last visit, I will not be returning.

Used to love coming here, now they are all rude and have done a terrible job all round, the design I wanted was accurate but I think a 5 year old could have done better on such a simple design, I have had them for 2 weeks now and they look about 4 weeks old and already wanting to come off as he didn?t prime them properly by pushing the cuticles back, don?t waste your money here super expensive now too

MADE MYSELF AND OTHERS WAIT OVER 2 hours and the quality of the nail polish was AWFUL. Not a clean finish, bits of polish and blobs of polish causing a disfigured nail. Absolutely appalling, never returning here for nails again. Once I made the man aware of the unfinished clean up he just used a nail file which done nothing. They get you in to wait but over book customers so your waiting for hours. Disgusting customer service and not qualified nail artists.

Awful service. Everyone is entitled showing up for appointments and people waiting are treated like non paying customers. No point having a drop in they should advertise as appointment only!

I come here every 3 weeks and love my nails every time! I book my appointments in advance and always ask for Tina, she is amazing, so patient with me when I need help with colours (I?m colour blind) and she spends time getting the shape perfect and the gel thin. But all of the staff are lovely and the massage chairs for pedis are great. See you soon, Tina! Xx

I went in 10 minutes after opening and no wait, nail techs are very efficient and always do your nails like the picture you show them.

The woman who did my nails was rude yelling at me to stop moving hands when she would let go of bending my finger in a way it wouldn?t stay? The first picture I showed her of the design I wanted she sighed and said she wasn?t doing them. She dipped her own hair in my wet nails and blamed me when I could clearly see the nail polish in her hair? ? snatched the money off me and walked off huffing when I paid and was just over all rude! A week later 2 of my nails snapped within days while doing normal cleaning one was very painful and left me bleeding as it snapped my own nail away from the skin, I have had acrylic nails done regularly for a while and have never had this happen to me. Not worth the money (£50) for nails that haven?t lasted a week.

I really liked this place and thought staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, it?s been a couple of weeks since I had a pedicure done here and I?ve been battling a toenail infection since! Very disappointed and frustrated.

Daisy did my nails for my 30th Birthday party and it was my first time returning to The Nail Bar due to long queues, she created the best set that i've ever had, not only did she create magic, but she was so friendly too!! I was getting complimented within minutes of leaving the shop. I will definitely be back and become a regular customer of Daisy's as she really is as sweet as her name! :)
