Booked here for a family of 12 get together. Dined upstairs where it's a little quieter which was great. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and everyone enjoyed their meals.
A particular call out to our waitress Jade who looked after us brilliantly throughout. I love it with such a large table where the waitress remembers who ordered what food and drink. She was excellent!
Strongly recommend for a special occasion.

Looks to me that this branch is one to avoid unfortunately. went there yesterday because our usual branch was fully booked.
Getting there, getting the table all that stuff - all good. not a problem.
Speed of service, a bit on the slow side, admittedly they were busy, and while waiting on the food is somewhat understandable, waiting on plain drinks not so much...
Here is why the one star:
Ordered butchers block (we always tend to do so) - and now trouble has started -
* 2 x rib-eyes delivered instead of 1 x ribeye and 1 x rump
* Ribeye steak was not exactly a nice cut, most of it was thick fat...
*They took one ribeye back to replace with the rump (would have been okay if I don't have to wait another 30 minutes, by the time it came out I was already done with my sides and was ready to go home).
*Second ribeye - was supposed to be medium well - it came out medium rare - they then put it back up instead of replacing it, and came out out as well done and by that time because of the "reheat" it all went bad anyways.
The "chef" (hopefully they will speak to her) - should honestly not be allowed to cook steaks - apart from messing up the rib-eye and the rump - the rest of her cooked stakes on the block were all wrong -
- 2x Fillets - should have been medium - one came out medium rare, and other one was a mix between little bit of rare (right in the middle band 2-3mm was rare) and medium rare.
- Rump - medium - came out medium rare, and because it was rushed, and not rested properly when I cut into it all the juices started flowing out.
1 star because of the chef not knowing how to cook. At home with an Aldi beef cut I can get much better steaks made by searing them in cast iron pan and oven cooked for the right temperature. This one is to avoid unfortunately.

Visited today for round two of the new menu items. Had lovely Amy looking after us always exceptional service with a smile.
Hot Honey Chicken Wings for Starters 10/10 must try these they are an excellent addition to the new menu and so tasty
Spicy Burnt Chilli & Crispy Onion Wedge 10/10 was amazing and nice and hot.
New Side order of Grains and Leaves Salad is a great upgrade from the previous mixed salad. The cous cous and pesto & olive oil salad leaves with pomegranate seeds is a perfect combination and delicious
Stuck to our favourite Sirloin Steaks for mains cooked to perfection as always.
The lovely General Manager came over to see how we were and we spoke about the new menu items and complimented how good and tasty they are and she gave us an excellent recommendation for the new steak sauce Stilton & White Port Sauce which is to die for and complimented our steaks perfectly.
Always been a big fan of the beef dripping but this knocks spots off it. Definitely try it when you visit. I can't wait to return just to have this again
Always a pleasant and lovely atmosphere when we visit the Harlow Branch and food
exceptional and the new menu is the best yet.
