If this is reviewing rush green what a stupid place to put McDonald's on a fast busy roundabout surprised there's not more accidents. Can't review McDonald's itself I don't eat that poison.

Terrible customer service. Whoever is working tonight needs to get fired. The woman on the speaker clearly doesn't care about her job.
We arrived at 2.30am, got told over the speaker their system is down and to come back in an hour, we thought okay fair enough. Came back an hour and 20 minutes later and got told "we're not taking orders now" so we asked when they would be, they said around 4 - 4.30, so we said okay we'll wait, she then backtracked and said "nah it will be 4.30 - 5". We then asked if they would still be serving dinner at that time and just got "I dunno"
Her attitude and lack of care was disgusting.

I usually finish work around 0330, and fancy a milkshake.....the machine is always "broken" at night, works fine during the day though.....15 m8n wait for a big mac meal at 3 am no queue!

Possibly the worst Mc Donald?s I?ve ever been too, Always saying computer systems are down come back tomorrow. When they are serving what you would call food chips are either not cooked or cold special orders are ignored . All in all very bad service from this restaurant..

Tried to order via app. App crashed so had to reinstall. By the time I came to checkout my order then got cancelled. Went in to order but some items out of stock so I went elsewhere.

Never have I posted a review about a restaurant especially since my girlfriend works at one and I know that "difficult" situations happen. But the last thing I wanted was for her to have food poisoning 5 days after suffering whiplash. To make it simple for you 13/12/24 around 1am the bigmac was absolutely disgusting. Dont know how it works in mcdonalds but I would think that food should be dated and kept in certain conditions. But thank you as I will never go to a mcdonalds ever again in my life.

I never make reviews?ever, but to be honest I am so so fed up with the service here that they deserve one. I have gone here on average 2-3 times over the past few weeks and every single time I have had numerous issues here. I?ve been hopeful thinking it will be better each time but it never does so quite frankly I will not even bother trying to go here anymore.
1) advertised to be 24hours yet when I?ve gone a couple of times around midnight they aren?t even open to serving neither indoors nor drive thru.
2) burgers aren?t placed somewhat nicely at all. I?m not expecting perfection from them as if it were a proper restaurant, but I at least expect the ingredients to be IN the burger and not scattered around the box / wrapping. As well as the burger bun to be ON the burger and not half hanging on causing the sauce and ingredients to make such a mess. Food has often been cold too.
3) the app NEVER seems to work lately. I have been trying to claim their daily offers but whenever I try check out there are always ?technical difficulties?. You would expect that I could still claim the offer as well as redeem my points by providing my app code to the staff instead but nope; there?s been 2/3 occasions now where a staff member has said I can only get the offer via paying in the app (which is unfair when I am owed and eligible for the offer yet it is not my fault the app doesn?t work. And it?s not like the app hasn?t been working for just the one day?it seems to be every time I?ve tried to gone for the past few weeks!).
BUT then today guess what?? I tried again and asked the staff member if I could claim their app offer thru them and they did it with no issues??? So clearly they?ve always been able to do it and the prior staff were either incompetent or just lazy.
4) I also got told today that I wasn?t allowed to order a SMALL milkshake and that I was only allowed to get a medium or large. I asked why and the staff member wasn?t 100% sure but said that they?ve never done that before?.
Well I have been ordering a small milkshake with pretty much every order over the past few weeks at THIS particular branch. She then had the audacity to say ?you must?ve been getting a happy meal?. No, no I have not, I do not order happy meals. I never get a medium or large either because I know I can?t finish them and a medium is almost £1 more than a small. It?s a waste when I can?t finish the drink. So I have no clue what the hell was up with that today. Trying to scam and get as much money out of me as possible? I don?t know?
All I know is I?m just sick of these constant issues here and it?s not worth it anymore. The staff are all just rude and unhelpful.
I?m sure some of you are fortunate enough to encounter no issues with this branch and maybe I just have awful luck with them but personally it?s far too many issues for me to bother with them anymore.
