Order via the app from here, and 8 times out 10, the order has something missing.
Usually delivered by a bloke on a bike, which means the food is cold and the drink cups have nothing left in them, as most of it is sloshing around in his delivery bag.
I don't even like McDonald's, I prefer the other one!

Tried the new BBQ stack meal. Service great, food hot fries crisp, new burger was actually quite tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ordered my food at 10 told me my food was coming at 11:45. An hour and 45 for food that?s gonna be cold and soggy. Food didn?t even come and I called the restaurant said they can?t do anything about it. Rubbish mate

Not the greatest. We live not far away but like to order breakfast for delivery and it comes cold even though the driver comes straight from there. I can only imagine they cook it and leave it on the side for when the driver gets there rather than serve it when they turn up. Yes we could collect but that's the whole idea of paying for delivery, so we dont need to. There are often bits missing. Last breakfast was thrown away as it tasted gross.

McDonald?s delivery?s are rubbish. Always forget some of your food then don?t answer the phone to complain. Won?t refund you as you have needed a refund too many times because they forget food everytime.

Got the chicken select meal for my wife but I forgot to ask the sauces, and they didn't ask customer service is zero very disappointed as the chicken strips by its self a very dry meal
