Ordered it from McDonald?s, but for some reason you have to ask Uber to for refound which they refuse to give you

they gave me the wrong sauces with the cheese bites, both fillet o fish burgers were cold and they had to change the burgers, i then asked for a chocoate milkshake and received vanilla and the lady tried to say it?s chocolate and in the end she finally just changed it

Come here if you want hair in your food and tasteless as well. I am not saying this is going to be everyone?s experience however it?s been been more than 10 times in the last year where I am going there and i usually wait by the side and i am able to see when they are packing my food.
Well, i find it disgusting seeing typically the managers packing my food and walking around kitchen and food with their hair tied but not wearing anything on . The ones that have shorter hair don?t bother to do anything about it .
I have this mindset mainly as i see staff members wearing it but it seemed like they are treated quite low there, it is quite clear to see that there are differences between staff and managers and i don?t think that being a crew member or a manager should change the uniform rule apart from their white shirt .
I guess things change in there when inspections happen ??

i had a locator, and sat at the back of mcdonalds. my food didnt come for over 10 minutes, and when i went up my food was waiting at the front and cold. i asked them why hasnt my food been delivered and they said, i shouldve went and gotten it myself despite me having s locator. ridiculous behaviour

The service is so slow it?s disgusting,
I visited this McDonald?s and ordered a simple cappuccino, expecting quick service. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, and only after I approached the counter did they tell me my drink still wasn?t ready. During that time, I noticed several drinks being made, including my own cappuccino, which sat there getting cold. When the staff finally handed me the drink, it was the same one that had been sitting there, now cold.
I understand that places can get busy, but the lack of communication and attention to orders left me disappointed. I hope the staff can improve the speed and quality of service moving forward.

Absolutely shocking. I waited at least an hour for my delivery. When it arrived the food was cold. Not only that I didn?t even get my mango and pineapple smoothie and quite frankly why should I pay £3.19 for something and you?re not even going to include it? Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous behaviour. I?m never ordering from this place again. Sort yourselves out.

Nice. OK, except for one of the employees, a black girl working there, who was very rude. Despicable behaviour.
But, I forgive her.
Through her supervisor, she then apologised.

Terrible and completely incompetent service. 3 weeks in a row I have ordered a wrap meal, three weeks in a row they forgot the actual wrap. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

The food here is not worth feeding to your dog. The fries have 18 ingredients, most of which are very dangerous. Look it up
