I ordered a pair a snickers shorts on the 6th September, they didn?t get dispatched until the 1st of October, this was the start of a very unpleasant experience with Harper office, I received notification the short were to arrive on a day i wasn?t home, so redirected to a locker at my local shop, now this was too much for UPS, they sent them to Preston, and I?m in Chesterfield, they eventually arrived on the 8th of October, unfortunately I needed to return then as they were to small, they did send in parcel to collect free if charge, but I then needed to ask for my refund on the 16th October, as they?d received them on the 14th, had they instructed a refund straight away, I probably wouldn?t have left a bad review, but the outcome is, I?ve found a pair cheaper, delivered on time, and that is from tuffshop, so use Harper at your peril.

I was very relieved to be able to get a pair of chilli red Snickers as they've stopped producing them. I'll be ordering another pair soon. Delivery by UPS wasn't so good.

really wanted these shorts. ordered them. turns out the company doesn't actually have stock. better off ordering from somewhere that does or it's 10 days even before dispatch. £5.95 p&p for 10 days delay. cancelled order. no thanks.

I ordered some workwear that they obviously didn?t have in stock, after 2 weeks I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, after they agreed to it they said it would be 3 to 7 working days, after this period I had involve PayPal to retrieve my money that they had for over a month. I wouldn?t recommend using them.

Ordered a Hills rotary washing line and it was excellent quality, came with ground stake and have been using it without problem. The price was also very good compared to a lot of other sites online. Customer service was also very good. Quick delivery.

I went to drop a parcel off today, and as I went to the till the woman on the counter loudly went ? well I was gonna go on a break? I?m sorry me being a customer inconvenienced you.. then as I held my parcel up there was absolutely no acknowledgment. In the end I said ?what do you want me to do?!? There was no please no thank you and absolutely no customer service.I am a customer at the end of the day and I?m aware that staff need a break, however to be made to feel that you are an inconvenience isn?t a nice experience.What a shame as the staff in the post office are very helpful.
