Went in here to deposit money into our join account. We were served by Liz or Liv ( cannot quite remember) she had blonde hair. She was clearly frustrated that we had come to the counter rather than use the self service. She was not happy on this day, was rather rude, and was throwing around the notes in anger and slamming them on the counter in frustration. She looked hot and bothered and said this is the 7th time the machine has busted today. Clearly taking her frustration at us and make us seem like we were an inconvenience to her. She then said we were short of £10 despite us counting and knowing we had the correct amount. I felt disrespected and left feeling unsatisfied by the service. Surely if you hate your job and you can be polite then don?t do the job!

I called up customer services to enquire about the source of a cheque, the first person I spoke to tried but was unable to assist me. I was put through to 3 different departments, the 3rd of which didn't pick up the phone at all and I wasn't returned to the department that had transferred me, so I wasted 30 mins and the cost of the call charges . Come on Lloyds, you can and should be offering your customers a better service than this!

Opened an account and they placed the wrong address. A simple document which they only had to copy, they managed to make a mistake.Appointments are almost impossible to get unless you want to wait 1-2 weeks.

No regard for the opening hours. Opens usually 5 to 10 minutes later then the 9am posted in the doors at the bank .
