Opened an account and they placed the wrong address. A simple document which they only had to copy, they managed to make a mistake.Appointments are almost impossible to get unless you want to wait 1-2 weeks.

Worst customer service received by a a lady with the second name of Meridale. She was absolutely awful. I submitted some business banking application forms which I asked to be uploaded to the system. I turned up a few days later I was surprised to find that the documents were gathering dust in her drawer and hadn't been uploaded. She was awfully rude to me when I asked why she hadn't uploaded them. She took my name and details to pass on to the manager but she seemed to have no interest in resolving the issues or serving an apology. Nearly a week now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Awful experience with Lloyds. never again
