Never got text messages, multiple telephone calls about the same issue, stopped medication without telling me. Requested alcohol wipes twice. None arrived. Deliveries on the wrong day. Thank goodness I no longer need them

Thoroughly unprofessional. Poor delivery service, even after complaining, they make you wait "30 working days" while they do their "investigations". That's almost two months, but it doesn't matter, they won't respond after the time has passed anyway. Multiple follow up emails will be ignored. They should be shut down.

Completely ridiculous and non professional. My hospital signed me up with Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare for my medication deliveries. In more than three months, I have had a total of... ZERO successful delivery! They cancelled my delivery without warning and/or never showed up. What's the point of having home delivery if they can't deliver it to you?

Unbelievable!!!They call me every 3 months to arrange delivery of my medication. Wow!!! When they call they never give you Their names and from where they call so conversation is terrible. They expect You to give them all Your details with out introducing them self.ZERO costumer service is like You talking with scammers. Your Staff should learn how to use the phone and speak with your customers. Introduce Yourself give the name of company you calling from is not a rocket science. Definitely not recommended

worst ever home care provider. Despite repeated requests and calls, could not process my prescription before leaving for holidays. called them again from abroad informing them that I will have no medication when beck, so process urgently and yet they failed again

Agree with most (the real reviews anyway). Absolutely awful company to get in touch with, they are meant to contact the patient to arrange delivery, yet I am always having to call them. Takes at least 30minutes to get through, even then it's 50/50 if you good agent it bad one.They are now getting the staff to leave 5 star reviews to bump up their ratings.

Both Lloyd's and their agency Synergy are totally hopeless... and that's being kind!!I worked for them for two weeks... they managed to get my pay wrong!!!I believe I've had a lucky escape!!If your thinking of working for them..... DON'T!!

medication delivery didnt arrive, no contact! Managed to phone to be told it is lost at the moment and wont arrange another delivery until they find it. Asked for a call back which hasnt been received.

Sadly I agree with the sentiment of these 1 star reviews. I have to say i think the patient coordinators get a really tough gig; as other departments let the company down. I travel a lot for work and on two trips they have totally let me down and not delivered - and just assumed I will be ok! An extra delivery they charge £300 for (an uber would be £70)!If you do make a complaint you get a standard response - and this is very evident from the responses on these google reviews- they want to push all patients through a process tick the CQC box and move on. Recently they were marked as unsafe by CQC; they have turned that round upon reinspection but no care for the patients.They also dont listen to patients when you are in a process and the investigation skills are less than to be desired with multiple errors.Avoid if you can; the coordinators i have dealt with care for the patients but have no sway to make things happen and you will be let down.

Absolutely horrendous service . Left without meds again. Delivery cancelled last minute. Four hours on the phone . Still can't get meds delivered on time Told nothing but lies and fobbed off .You don't need all that at the best of times, but when you're ill its too much. Thanks Lloyd's for letting me down again by employing staff who dont have a clue what they are doing. And dont care..

Absolute disgrace, I have only given a star as it doesn?t let you leave a review otherwise, for the last six months at least I have been either having my infusions late or not at all, communication is non existent, when I call I can?t speak to the scheduling team, I?m told emails are being sent but I never hear back from anyone, there is no care for patients at all.

They have no consideration for people who work. I?ve told them at least 20 times what hours I work but they still try & deliver my medication between 8am & 10am or 2pm & 4pm when they know I won?t be at home. Absolutely disgusting service
