I was 100miles away from home with a flat tire and they were about to close but they helped me nonetheless. I can't thank you enough!! The repair was also only 32£.

Somewhat happy with overall experience. I am pleased with the quickness of a repair and really appreciate acceptance of walk-ins. But not quite pleased with overall services. Namely, I came with a puncture on one of my tires. My vehicle is brand new, with factory specific tire pressure in tires. But the worker who performed the service decided to let the pressure out of tires without any issues on them. 5psi per tire to be exact. As I was looking at him, I couldn't understand what he was doing. Surley they should've at least ask if I wanted my brand new wheels to be fiddled with. Vehicle was visibly sagging afterwards. Just unnecessary, as afterwards I had to go to a petrol station and inflate them to get the vehicle back to optimum.

Amazing and supportive staff
Arrived at 8:30am after a long and emotional night shift with a puncture. Lovely lady in Reception fitted me straight in with the team, tyre replaced, fitted and balanced and able to get home to sleep by 9:30am

Rude receptionist, very disorganized, cannot get a correct time on when work will be done, even with an appointment. Have to call and chase them as they won't call you to let you know when they've looked at your car. Really disappointing.
