I am so grateful that we purchased a property from Kings in Church Langley! From the moment I spoke to the team, namely Ross, Ellie and Sarah, everything went so smoothly - and we're ready for completion on our purchase within just 7 weeks!Nothing was ever any trouble for the team. Ross and Ellie fitted me into last minute viewings and never failed to greet me with big smiles when I got there. They would take their time to show me around and they were knowledgeable in the properties they showed me. If they couldn't answer a question, I appreciated that they found out the answers and got back to me within hours.Ellie is fabulous and proactive when it comes to finding out information that I required. She has been brilliant at putting my ease at mind throughout the whole process (as our first property with another agent fell through, so I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process).Ross listened to what we wanted in a property and never failed to send us exactly what we were after. He even replied to a message we sent to him late one evening to view a property the next morning!Sarah has been great at pushing the whole process along so efficiently. She explained the whole process to me and said it should all be completed in 7 weeks - and she was right!Again, I want to say a massive thank you to Kings! Thank you all for making it hassle-free for us!

Brodie and Rosy O Brien have been very helpful in the re letting of one of my flats. I have had a number of flats, for quite some years now, let out through Kings, and rely upon the expertise of your staff on the change over of tenants. The Lettings side of Kings are excellent.

I've been a tenant through Kings for the past 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Brodie in particular has been wonderful and so great to deal with. During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.
