I had an amazing experience during my visit! The communication was excellent; everything was explained clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The massage was so relaxing. My skin feels incredibly soft and rejuvenated now. The calming ambiance made the experience even more enjoyable. It was my first time, and I'm already looking forward to our next appointment. Highly recommended!

I first went to see Kate as a recommendation from a friend shortly after my pregnancy. This was around 18 months ago and I can't thank my friend enough for recommending her as I would never go anywhere else for my facials and skin treatments. My skin took a bit of a turn after my pregnancy as I suffered with hormonal acne on my jawline which is why I first booked an appointment with Kate. She took so much care on my skin and assured me she would turn my skin around and that she did!! I have just returned from my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with how my skin looked and that's all thanks to Kate. Kate is so talented at what she does and she is also very experienced and knowledgable which makes you feel at ease during her skin treatments. For the service you recieve with Kate I feel like her prices are also very reasonable. I really can't recommend her enough!

As another review stated, I personally received poor communication and customer service here when looking for a simple eyebrow wax in the area I was new to.
I was surprised and after looking into what company offers more, as a midwife and nurse, it concerns me when non-medical professionals perform invasive treatments, including injectables and fat dissolving, that should only be left for medical professionals educated and experienced in anatomy, physiology, and adverse health effects.
Sharing medical advice and products regarding fertility I believe is similar... Ultimately these women need to see a doctor, as it could be due to more serious conditions, not be sold products for business profit. It concerns me.
A medically trained nurse or doctor performing certain invasive procedures is extremely important for patient safety, unfortunately it?s an unregulated industry that anyone can access.
Please be careful out there!

I had my waxing done with Tracy, she's been in the beauty industry for 30+ years, so very experienced. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and was very thorough, best waxing I've had! Won't be going any where else ever again!

Kate is nothing short of amazing. Not only is my skin a million times better, she?s also so lovely and its always nice to catch up with her. I feel super comfortable with Kate and she?s made me so much more confident in my natural skin. I?ve tried a few different places for facials, including those favoured by influencers, but I?d recommend Kate over them any day.

I have been using Kate Taylor for 10 plus years now. Kate is very knowledgeable, experienced and personable. I have a microdermabrasion facial treatment and my skin always feels amazing after. The salon is a calm, clean and welcoming space. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend xx

Kate is lovely - I have been going to her for years for waxing and more recently facials. She is always welcoming, kind, honest, happy, chatty, funny! and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her - Kate will always go that extra mile; whether it is fitting you in, suggesting or recommending something, listening to you - she is just a really nice, genuine person ??

I have been having treatments from Kate for 6 years now. When I first attended I was suffering from extremely bad acne, it was affecting me so badly I wouldn?t leave the house. After a few treatments my skin was noticeably better and improved drastically, once the acne had all disappeared, she then worked on removing any scars which were left over. My skin was completely transformed from severe acne to completely clear, to the point I now leave the house without make up! People compliment me on my skin and I always recommend Kate as she has completely changed my life and my confidence. Not only has she changed my skin but she has always created a safe space in her salon during treatments which is extremely comfortable and friendly.
