I regret to say that the service I experienced when purchasing trainers was not satisfactory, as I was left waiting for assistance. During my visit on August 26th, 2025, I found myself in a similar situation, waiting for help while the staff seemed engaged in conversations, which I found quite disappointing.

Didn't have a good selection of what I wanted. Then when I found a pair of something I liked, they were too short staffed to check if they had them in my size. I was asked to wait for someone to come back from lunch break in 5-10 mins ? Who has time for that, I'll go elsewhere thanks.

Opening time on Google says 10am on Sunday, but staff have told us that the real time is 10:30am. Wasted my time standing outside the door. Please update your Google opening times

It's a good gym but could do with more equipment for other types of training such as more boxes for people that want to start doing pull ups and calisthenics, maybe some floor mats hanging out on the gym floor as a lot of people use these for hip thrusts xx

If you are collecting parcel for someone make sure all details of person collecting are stated on email and take ID. Eventually got my daughter's parcel after store spoke to her on phone. It was on email order they just didn't look properly.

Not much choice for a town like Harlow , 4 staff members all stood talking not one asked if I needed help , I was going to spend a fortune the day I visited but lack of customer service took me elsewhere
