I regret to say that the service I experienced when purchasing trainers was not satisfactory, as I was left waiting for assistance. During my visit on August 26th, 2025, I found myself in a similar situation, waiting for help while the staff seemed engaged in conversations, which I found quite disappointing.

Didn't have a good selection of what I wanted. Then when I found a pair of something I liked, they were too short staffed to check if they had them in my size. I was asked to wait for someone to come back from lunch break in 5-10 mins ? Who has time for that, I'll go elsewhere thanks.
