i really love the selection of merch,vinyls, movies, pins! now that i live in america i definitely miss going to hmv as its always one of my favorite stores :) Newbury comics is similar but not as good and the staff at hmv are always the nicest people ever :3

I recently visited HMV in Harlow and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also genuinely helpful, taking the time to walk me through the current special offers on 4K movies. Their knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out, and they made sure I got the best value on everything I was looking for.
The shop itself was impressively well stocked, with a brilliant selection of both classic titles and the latest new releases. It was clear that a lot of care goes into curating what's on the shelves ? whether you're after a cult classic or the newest blockbuster, you're likely to find it here.
I walked away feeling very happy with all my purchases and with the whole experience. Sure, you can buy from Amazon ? but HMV still delivers the best overall offers, service, and atmosphere. There?s honestly no better feeling than buying physical media in person, in a shop, surrounded by people who truly love movies and music.

We shop mainly here, and a smaller amount at Tesco, it balances out the price of what we buy.

I've been coming to this HMV for many years. Every time I'm inside the Harvey Centre I'll pop in.
They have a very good range of vinyl's, CD's, DVD's, Blu-ray's. Along with posters, clothing, snacks.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
I recommend coming here. It's nice to see the place is still going strong, too many of the original shops in the Harvey Centre have closed or are closing.

I have not received my order and when calling to find out where it is they want to charge 7p a minute and you have to go through the options first what a cheek !

I like hmv my only recommendation is when you hear a song you like you don't know the song name, maybe a display screen in shop whats playing
