I just find a jeans on the final sale area and the price was 10 pound, i m go to the changing room and i try many thinks, from mistake i lose the price from the Jeans and i deceide to buy that, on the till was different price around 27 pound and they told me that's the price . It is a joke ? I see with my eye was 10 pound that's why i take it. !!!

Shocking ladies men?s and kids depts yet only one till point? always have to queue for ages.. staff are slow and are not polite. Seem to always spend half my lunchtime queuing .. never any sense of urgency by staff wandering around to help customers? need more staff to serve and reduce queue times

This H&M is very messy with clothes lying in the ground. I would have preferred if there was more clothes in different sizes and not just one size however I do understand the point of a clothing brand is to buy and sell. Just very disappointing.

Never enough tills and those staff who do work them are outrageously slow - today (off peak shopping hours) I queued for 30 minutes. There are two tills upstairs which I have never seen staffed. The two tills downstairs are currently being staffed by employees moving at glacial pace (taking ~1 minute to scan each item, laboriously folding clothes, longer than needed to unfold shopping bags and delicately place items inside?. No acknowledgment that the queue is over 30 customers long - even if they?re short staffed having employees who worked with a bit of oomph behind their motions would go a long way to resettling impatient customers.
Since I?ve been queueing Four different people suggested to staff that opening the upstairs tills might be useful and the staff all said no.

There is never anyone at the till upstairs. Downstairs, two tills are not enough, especially on weekends; queues are a 15-minute wait. One of the consultants was dressed in pajamas?pink long pants and a t-shirt. Shopping there doesn't bring any joy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at H&M Harlow and will not be ordering from this store again. I placed a single order for my child, but what should have taken five minutes ended up taking nearly an hour, costing me additional money due to parking regulations at the Water Gardens car park.
There was a significant queue at the store, yet the duty manager, Shoubo, had assigned a single inexperienced staff member to manage both the tills and the click-and-collect service. This staff member was clearly overwhelmed, particularly when they couldn?t locate my parcel, which had inexplicably been left in the manager's office. Despite the chaos, Shoubo did not step in to assist or expedite the process. Instead, he chose to focus on folding and hanging clothes, even as customers grew visibly frustrated with the delay.
The only positive aspect of the experience was one staff member, Kieran, who was apologetic and tried his best to mitigate the situation. However, the overall lack of organization and poor customer service, particularly from the management, made this ordeal unacceptable.
This experience has completely put me off ordering from H&M in the future. A store that disregards its customers' time and shows such little regard for providing efficient service does not deserve my business.

Queue is half a mile long on a busy sale Saturday. About a dozen shop floor staff, tills upstairs not manned was told they are not working.... really!!! Ridiculous!
