I just find a jeans on the final sale area and the price was 10 pound, i m go to the changing room and i try many thinks, from mistake i lose the price from the Jeans and i deceide to buy that, on the till was different price around 27 pound and they told me that's the price . Shocking ladies men’s and kids depts yet only one till point… always have to queue for ages.. staff are slow and are not polite. Seem to always spend half my lunchtime queuing .. never any sense of urgency by staff wandering around to help customers… need more staff to serve and reduce queue times
