Not a great experience, went in and ordered a brand new bike and booked in to pick it up a week later. Went to pick it up and was told he needed an hour to put it together so i went away and came back. When i got back he said there had been an issue with the first one so had to make me up a second one. Took the bike home, once i started to use it i noticed some issues so took it to a different shop to get them to look at it and i was told i had been given a ?well used? bike. Went back to halfords to complain and in fairness the manager was very apologetic and helpful and refunded me the money that i had to pay to get the bike fixed. And when i went back to get my refund he said that after checking the cctv it showed that once the worker had found an issue with the first one, instead of actually building me another new one he went and got an old returned bike from out back. Turns out this bike had a buckled wheel, the brakes were worn, the gears were messed up, all in cost me £70 to fix. Didn?t bother getting halfords to fix or replace it because i didn?t trust them. Safe to say wont be buying from there again.

The lady on the till (Monica) was very friendly & helpful. She knew about the offer that I asked about & was more than helpful finding my club membership when I didn?t have the details. Peter fitted my headlight bulbs for me & again, he was very friendly & helpful. It really makes a difference when you get good customer service & I think they both deserve some recognition for their friendly positive attitudes & great customer service. Would definitely recommend this store.

The worst experience I ever had
I have recently purchased a Nextbase iQ 1K Smart Dash Cam and rear window camera from Harlow Halford.
The installation was carried out by Mr. Cris, who identified himself as the service manager. Unfortunately, the fitting was not done properly. Several parts of the interior trim that were removed during the installation became loose and came off just a few days later. This is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about the safety and quality of the fitting.
Upon returning to the store to report the issue, another staff member inspected the car and asked me to come back on Monday, 4th August, for further assistance. When I returned, Mr. Cris again attended to the issue. However, he informed me that the dash cam could not be refitted as it originally was and suggested removing the camera altogether, which I found unacceptable.
Despite pointing out that the boot was not fixed correctly and that some bushes were missing, he only noticed this after I brought it to his attention. He then retrieved the necessary parts and attempted a partial fix. However, the front interior part remains unfixed and the overall job remains incomplete and substandard.
When I requested contact details for the store manager or customer services, Mr. Cris initially refused to provide them. It was only after I said I would go into the store to get them myself that he accompanied me and finally shared the number.
I found Mr. Cris?s attitude to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the process. I have made a formal complaint and waiting for the update.

You always have good deal if you become a premium member which is only £49.95 a year. Free MOT, one free fit £10 welcome voucher and a free 10 point check plus you have discount when you buy something in store or online. Good service of course.

I had a crack in my windscreen from a stone happen on Thursday and was working in Harlow. As I needed to get it sorted quickly I popped in here to ask if they could do anything. The staff were really helpful from the person at the till to the person who gelled the windscreen. In and out in 30 minutes and they did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Battery change was good but BMW battery registration is almost a sham - did not put battery details and gave a falsified confirmation of battery registered. When I notice Start/stop is not working I noticed car display still showing previous battery. Really disappointed

Very happy with the service I got from Zak and Lauren. Both of them were really helpful. In the image you can see that the break light on the right hand side it?s burned off and it?s been replaced for free. + I got the Premium membership for 1 year June for 54 £ including many benefits from it and it works out cheaper being a member.
