This is the second time that Halfords Autocentre in Harlow have helped me out in the last year and the service is just exceptional. Both times, a nail has caused tyre pressure loss and I?ve pulled up without a booking, they have managed to quickly pull the car into the garage and plug it for me. In and out in 30 minutes, and with our Halfords tyre warranty, it hasn?t cost us a penny! (Highly recommend) The guys are super helpful and can?t do enough to help you out. Big thanks to Robert and Mehmet today! Robert has been great on both occasions! Big thank you guys - you saved my life today!

Not convinced my car had a full service..... my oil was not changed and basically I paid for a new air filter and oil filter...service record not stamped and wheel lock nut was not put back in vehicle, if I had not checked I would have had to have all the lock nuts replaced, not happy

Booked car for 08:30 for a service. Told on arrival this is drop Off time and car ready by 4pm. Centre is filthy, see photos. Head office useless and disinterested. Car returned, trust service has been completed as the boot lid, bonnet and drivers door were covered in great, dirty fingerprints!
£50 more could have had same service at the dealer, serviced at the booked time, sat and waited in an air conditioned showroom and customer area with free hot drinks and a tv.
Recently had an MoT elsewhere and excellent service, comfortable waiting room with games machines, drinks, and a screen stating status of the MoT and what the engineer was doing Live!
Long way to Halfords!!!! Poor show.

This garage is usually pretty good and everything today was ok once again. However, the wiper blades needed changing for it to successfully pass the MOT. However, the charge of £50 for replacing a set of wiper blades I thought was excessive for a five minute task. If I hadn't just wanted the MOT done and out the way (Plus I'm lazy) I'd of either done it myself for around £15 or just taken gone around the corner (literally around the corner) to the HALFORDs shop and got it done for an additional £9. I guess that's the difference between the shop and the autocentre. I can't help but feel ripped off.

I feel this isn?t right imo and feel a little ripped off , customer service weren?t interested and had not any knowledge of t&cs

l have booked 4 wheel tracking when l got there they said we can?t do rear only front because we?re fully booked for mot l said ok leave car for all day and go they said ready pick up start driving steering wheel it was not straight go back they done it again and after they had test drive hi said is same sorry we can?t do it l head full refund never ever again

Not massively impressed. Paid for a Major Service done in August, now just a few months later and around 1,500 miles done, my car is saying low engine oil. There's no leak. Also they wanted £57.00 to replace the wipers which is quite frankly outrageous. Two stars as the staff in there were friendly. Won't be returning though.

Took my car in for a £40 job and left with a huge scrape & damage to my car. Tried to blame me when I raised the issue, and headquarters are saying there is no CCTV on site for proof of damage, when a camera is visible out front of the auto centre

You over pay for a service and they don't do hardly anything to car. took another garage and they said that halfords have completely ripped me off I'll never go back there again ever
