Went in looking for a watch, I?ve never owned one and have very small wrists so they never fit, Claire assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit and suited me very well. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

Unfortunately not a great experience. Purchased my engagement, wedding and eternity ring from this store quite a few years ago. Always gone back for any issues but unfortunately on this occasion lady wasn?t very happy or helpful wasn?t willing to send my ring off for resizing and told me to go to a local jewellers in town that has a workshop on site. Obviously don?t need my business.
