Visited this gregs yesterday around 3pm.
Girl on counter was so rude, never smiled,never even told us how much we owed.
Then just pushed our products over to us.
Really! If you don't enjoy your job,why don't you leave?
Oh plus as was sitting down eating, 2 guys just walked in and went to food chillers and stole goods, staff did not even realise what had gone on.
As no one was cleaning tables or even keeping eye out on customer welfare.
Really need a good team to improve this.

Ordered via Uber eats. When order was delivered it was someone else's order that they had given the driver. Then the second order I made as I was told to reorder has missing items and the items I have received are burnt. Of all the greggs in Harlow it may be the quickest but the attention to the orders and quality of food is shocking.

Great selection of pastries etc, nice seating arrangements, plenty of free parking but watch how long you stay free parking is only for 5 hours.

Food is always good hear but no matter what time of day you always have to queue as they never put enough people on tills. Staff are always to busy to serve paying customers. Eating in is also a problem as the place is always dirty, no wonder the pegions come in. This is the only greggs i have issues with.
