The worst experience I encountered visiting chain Greggs ever!
First of all , Sunday (15 December)when I walked in to the shop around 2 pm and ordered ( asking for hot pastry) I was told they won't be making anymore ... obviously they did make it for me at the end with eye rolling ??
Next it got worse...
I ve been told to get up from the table ( while still eating food with a friend and her baby, we literally needed 5-10 minutes to finish)and walk out at 2.30 pm ( while the shop was actually still open till 4 pm????
The guy cleaned the shop inside , brought tables and chairs inside , then both of the workers were standing and chatting as it wasn't even bus

I not one to leave a review but this one is warranted. If I could give this location zero star, I would. The staff are consistently unfriendly, and this has been the case on all three of my visits. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and I will not be returning?even if I?m starving. Greggs? head office seriously needs to provide proper training on customer service. Every time I ask for a receipt, I?m met with a sigh, as if I don?t have the right to request one. Very disappointing experience.

I love greggs it's my favourite place to eat I always have sausage rolls tea and a cream slice ? staff are always friendly and great customer service and great food and drink

Always good quick service hear. Food and drinks are always spot on. The only downside is that you can't always get a seat if eating in. Staff are polite, helpful, and happy.
