I have been their lunch time with my kids he was hungry so much. when i trying to pay the lady charge me £7 something then I said its more then I accept then she check again and charge me £6. I have paid the amount I ask her for empty bag coz she put 2 bake in the one bag. When I order I request her to put the bake two separate bag but she didn't but when I ask for bag she said to me say please. I said are you asking for me please? After that I ask for recept she said they didn't give that, when I check the prize rate from the shelves they over charge me again. Then the laidy tell me to show my statement when I show them they are ignoring me. Also they said if i talk to much they gone kick me out. The lady took my food back and give me refund but I haven't get refund receipt as well. I don't even know how much refund they gone give me. When I tap the card she said you done and she gone back off the shop without any apology.

They over charge people. When you ask for receipt?They said no receipt. Even calculated in front on them. Employers said we gone kicked you out .that is worker's behaviour there.

Good afternoon, i visited yhe greggs in harlow town center this morning, service was fine food was usual greggs no problem, place was dirty, toilet was filthy, no soap. No toilet paper. I coudnt bring my self to eat the rest of my food when i came out. I love a greggs but this has put me off, hope you can sort this out. X

Disgusting customer service and ridiculous attitude from woman serving at the till. Ended up walking out and will never visit again. Sort this woman?s attitude out! Everyone?s complaining about the same thing. Awful, awful, awful!!!

Major Hygiene issues!!
There is a constant que of people waiting to be served so they are clearly making an absolute bomb. My advice would be to try using some of the profit on more staff and give the place a clean.
If you are more interested in getting people served with their food and no interest in the hygiene and tidying the place up then you shouldn't be open in the first place. Close the doors and tell the public you are closed, simple..

There is very rude black lady in the cashier. I have ever waste experience in this store two three times. I?m good customer of greggs and specifically waltham abbey, waltham cross and Edmonton team is best ever. But harlow water garden store made me totally dissatisfied because of this rude lady.

Absolutely dire !! Not the cleanest of shops Selling stale cakes and pigeons hopping about inside the shop !! Not rocket science how to stop them - replace automatic doors with ones that have to be opened by a human !!! Thought I might be safe with a coffee - waited an age - machine must have been in strike !!
