very poor service with the staff Phillip, i told him i forgot to bring my discount card then i said my post code and door number, after that he asked my last name but not matched with their system, i insist the card is absolutely under my name, but he keep to say i used other people card and don't trust me even i show him the picture of the card, he said i'm steal other people card to use, he rude and i felt discriminated to me because i'm the Asian, finally i bring my physical card and the manager help to correct the name of the system and apologised to me, but Phililp was very bad service i've never felt.

Something for every budget...Some cheap and cheerful clothing, some high end.Even though I didn't buy anything today, the lady on the exit till gave me a fantastic ' thanks for visiting, have a good day' which felt sincere and from the heart. I stopped to thank her but hope her boss reads this..I was in there about 1.00 pm today

Went to buy hiking boots for a year long expedition in the tropics so needed some solid insight and advice, Chris was awesome. also had to purchase a mosquito net and he helped there as well.

Amazing shop for all our outdoor adventurous needs. I don't know what I'd do without it. If you want hiking or other outdoor kit, it's crucial that it fits well, which is why we'd never buy online and why we love GO Outdoors!Best hiking boot, walking shoe or trail running shoe selection in the country in my opinion.
