Firstly I never post reviews, partner was shocked when I said I need to leave a review. Obviously visited harlow five guys, and as my partner ordered a burger and small fries I asked the the server if the fries are gluten free (I can't have gluten) and he said they was, once he started to make the order he came over and asked me if It would be ok if he put the fries in a different bag so they are not near the burger.Just like to say thank you to the server Euwan( sorry if i spelt that wrong) for being so considerate and thoughtful,Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Food and service was the usual high standard. The resturant was absolutely fifthly! Food and rubbish all over the tables and the floor. Not one clean space to eat. Quite vile really.

I went here for the first time ever and a lovely woman serving me was very gentle and kind whilst she helped me pop my five guys cherry.The burger (bacon cheeseburger with lettuce) was good the cajun fries were exceptional, just deliberately sliding those beauties across my lips so I could lick the seasoning off was worth every mouthful.I found myself burping just for a chance to relive those cajun dusted potato heaven.Now was it worth £19, For a burger fries and a drink?Personally the burger no, the fries yes and you can add any of 15 topping for your burger so take advantage of that and the free drink refills is great but realistically how much can you really drink!I think if five guys sold that cajun seasoning in store (I know, again with the cajun fries) I would buy lots of it.Will I be going again...yes to eat those fries, I will just buy a big bag of them to eat and not share them with anyone!

Ordered five guys through just eat. I'm not going to complain about the delivery as that's not their issue BUT my burger was pink. Now I don't mean beef/burger safe to eat pink I mean raw mince pink. To the edges raw. Soft raw. When the food is going to be delivered and there's no option online on how to have your burger cooked then pink probably isn't the way to go as pink still needs to be at temp, pink and cold from delivery isn't exactly safe to eat. Safe to say I won't be ordering from them again. Ordered at half 8 at night on a Thursday, I very much doubt it was busy enough to cause this mistake. Photos are of the burger in question.
