I phoned to ask about a ring I had seen online and spoke to Emma. The service I received was outstanding: Emma's manner on the phone was friendly, clear and professional. She arranged to have the ring transferred from another branch and called me as promised when it arrived. In addition, she noticed that the ring looked slightly different from the online image and offered to send me a photo of the ring, which she did promptly. It is so encouraging to receive such excellent service.

Dealt with the pawn brokers Saturday 27th January 2018. Served by a young lady, who looked at some gold coins and diamond rings. Gave me a fair price, but recommended taking them to auction. Was very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you.
